Strawberry Chicken Salad Is A Simple Lunch Idea
You can whip this salad together very quickly by using either rotisserie chicken from the store or use chicken you’ve cooked ahead. Make an adventure out of shopping for your ingredients by visiting your local farmer’s market. Using fresh produce from your local farmers makes this salad extra special.
Chop up fresh strawberries and red onions and place on top of romaine lettuce. Add feta cheese for another layer of flavor and texture. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
